Falcon Sells Single Tenant Warehouse Building for $1.7 Million

Falcon Real Estate has sold a warehouse building in St. Louis, MO on behalf of its client, a Latin American investor. The sale of the property closed at a price of $1,700,000. The building is fully leased to the Kellogg Sales Company

The property, located at 4315 Green Ash Drive in Earth City, Missouri, consists of a single story, 41,130 rentable square foot warehouse building situated on 5.9 acres.  Built in 1989, the building features 23-foot clear ceiling height, 6 dock loading doors and approximately 3,600 square feet of office space. The property is located in the Earth City Industrial Park, just northwest of St. Louis. The facility has been used as a regional distribution center for the Keebler dry good snack division since 1989.

Falcon had served as the asset manager of this investment since 1991.
