Falcon Announces Strategic Partnership with Urban Realty in San Francisco

Falcon Real Estate has announced a strategic partnership with Urban Realty Co., Inc. to expand its operation into the San Francisco market. The alliance will provide Falcon with a greater depth of knowledge and investment opportunities in the San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, WA and Portland, OR markets. The alliance is part of Falcon’s 2013 growth strategy and will provide the national firm with a new west coast office located in Downtown San Francisco at 364 Bush Street.

Urban Realty will provide local market information and source new investment opportunities throughout the west coast. “Falcon has a long relationship with the principals of Urban Realty and we are very excited to be partnering with them in several major real estate arenas” noted Jack Miller, President of Falcon. “The relationship will not only expand Falcon’s footprint in the U.S. but more importantly, it will provide our clients with the in-depth knowledge and deal access required to successfully invest in several highly competitive U.S. markets.
